Land Record Details
Grievance related to Lands Acquired
- Requests are received from some Pattedars that even though a small extent of land is acquired by the Government in a survey number, entire survey number is categorized as acquired due to mistake in entries. They are not able to transact or get new PPB for their remaining Patta land.
- A new functionality is enabled in Bhubharati to handle these as grievance relating to acquired properties.
- Pattedar can apply providing details of PPB, actual extent of land acquired and the survey number in which land is acquired. Pattedar has to upload the proceedings of land acquisition order that shows his name, survey number and extent.
- The application goes to the Collector. Collector after examination passes order with correct extent of land acquired and enters the details and uploads the order. He can approve or reject. SMS will be sent to the Pattedar after approval/rejection by the Collector.
- After approval, correct extent will be shown as acquired land in Bhubharati and balance land in that survey number will be shown in the Passbook of the Pattedar, with the survey splitting.
- ePPB will be issued instantly after approval and SMS will be sent with a link to download the e PPB. If a physical PPB is required, Pattedar has to apply in duplicate PPB in Bhubharati.
